CSA Policies

By purchasing a flower share from Folklore Hill Farm, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

There are no refunds for cancellation of flower shares once purchased.  If needed, you may transfer your flower subscription to another person at any point in the season.  You are responsible for handling payment between you and the alternate person, and for informing Folklore Hill Farm if such a transfer occurs.  Folklore Hill Farm is not responsible for coordinating payments between subscribers.

The start date of flower shares is flexible, depending on weather, product availability, and other factors.  Folklore Hill Farm will communicate all information regarding your flower share to you through email, and by signing up for a flower share you agree to receive emails from folklorehillfarm@gmail.com  You are responsible for making sure you are receiving email notifications from Folklore Hill Farm.  Folklore Hill Farm will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to our emails going to your spam or junk mail.  If you have not received notifications near the projected flower share start date, please contact Folklore Hill Farm.

If you are away or unable to receive your flowers at any point during the course of the flower subscription, you are responsible for finding a friend or another person to receive them on your behalf.
